to commissioning)

AIT have clear understanding of the requirement set out by clients and
our own ability to provide effective Project Management team to offer a
complete solution which will meet the customer’s requirements, and will
provide means of achieving major cost savings.
The detail scope of works provided as part of the Project Management
Services comprises the following activities:-
Project scoping and preparation of proposals.
Cost estimation of components to facilitate the procurement function
Recommendation of technically acceptable vendors to EPC contractor
Follow up on submission of drawings from vendors upon award by EPC
contractor
Follow up and monitoring the delivery schedules with vendors
Preparation and updating of Gantt chart to complete works
Preparation of monthly progress reports
Obtaining approvals from owners engineer and updating of the
Register of
Drawings
Preparation of Type Test submissions and FAT schedules
Witness and inspection of Type Test and FAT
Compilation of drawings and operation and maintenance manuals to
site
Preparation of detail installation program
Liaison with installation site supervisor on site matters
Preparation of detail testing and commissioning program
Obtaining protection settings from owners engineer
Liaison with commissioning engineer on site testing matters
Engineering Design review meetings
